The Fellowship Hall reads everything sent to its address, usually within a few days. The inbox exists for the things a working publication needs from its readers: corrections of fact, sources better than the ones cited, and questions the guides do not yet answer.

Write to [email protected] from any email client. There is no form on this site, no newsletter to subscribe to and no account to create; a plain email reaches the editorial team directly.

What to write about

Corrections are the most valuable mail a publication receives. If a guide states a size, a step or a fact that your ministry's experience contradicts, say so and say what you have seen instead, and the article will be reworked. Source suggestions are equally welcome, particularly denominational child safety documents, training materials and histories of western congregations that deserve wider use. Questions shape the editorial calendar: the guides on small groups and volunteers both began as questions from readers running exactly those ministries.

What not to send

This site does not accept guest posts, sponsored articles, link exchanges or content written off a keyword list, and such mail is discarded rather than answered. It is not the website of any church: mail for the congregation that formerly published at this address, or for its successor, CrossPoint Baptist Church, will not reach it and belongs with that church at its own website. Reusing the guides

Churches, camps and associations are welcome to photocopy and adapt the practical material here for their own training, with attribution appreciated and never policed. If you adapt a guide for your ministry's handbook, a note about what you changed is genuinely interesting mail, and the fastest way to help the next reader.
